This policy describes how Nirvana Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") handles cancellations and refunds for NirvanaIoT Premium plan purchases. Please read this carefully before making a payment.
NirvanaIoT offers the following plans:
Indian users pay via Cashfree. International users may pay using cryptocurrency. All Premium plans are sold as one-time, non-recurring payments — there are no automatic renewals.
Because Premium plans are non-recurring, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. Once purchased, your Premium access remains active until the end of your paid period. After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan — no action is required on your part.
We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Premium plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days of payment. Requests submitted after 3 days of the transaction date will not be eligible for a refund.
Outside of the 3-day window, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies even if:

After the 3-day window, we will only review requests under the following exceptional circumstances:
Refund requests based on change of mind, device compatibility issues, or user error (outside the 3-day window) are not eligible.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.
Approved refunds for Cashfree payments are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects within 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund. For cryptocurrency refunds, the amount will be returned to the originating wallet address at the current exchange rate at the time of refund — we are not responsible for any rate fluctuation between the time of purchase and refund.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks. Please reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly.
The Free plan (available for your first 7 days) is provided at no cost and is not subject to any payment, refund, or cancellation terms.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the paid service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
