Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how Nirvana Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") handles cancellations and refunds for NirvanaIoT Premium plan purchases. Please read this carefully before making a payment.

1. Plans & Pricing

NirvanaIoT offers the following plans:

  • Free Plan — available for 7 days from your account creation date, at no charge.
  • Premium Monthly — ₹299 per month.
  • Premium Yearly — ₹499 per year.

Indian users pay via Cashfree. International users may pay using cryptocurrency. All Premium plans are sold as one-time, non-recurring payments — there are no automatic renewals.

2. Cancellation Policy

Because Premium plans are non-recurring, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. Once purchased, your Premium access remains active until the end of your paid period. After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan — no action is required on your part.

3. Refund Window

We offer a 3-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your Premium plan for any reason, you may request a full refund within 3 days of payment. Requests submitted after 3 days of the transaction date will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Outside of the 3-day window, all purchases are non-refundable. This applies even if:

  • You did not use the Premium features during the paid period.
  • You no longer require the service or wish to discontinue use.
  • You accidentally purchased the same plan again (additional days are added to your existing expiry).

By completing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read this policy and accept that the purchase is final after the 3-day window.

5. Exceptions — Outside the Refund Window

After the 3-day window, we will only review requests under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Double charge: Your bank or payment provider charged you more than once for the same transaction. Provide both transaction IDs and we will verify and refund the duplicate.
  • Payment gateway error: A technical failure on our platform or on Cashfree's side resulted in money being deducted but Premium not being activated, and the issue was not resolved within 72 hours of your report.
  • Extended outage: Our platform was completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days during your paid period due to a fault on our end. In such cases we may offer a pro-rated extension or credit.

Refund requests based on change of mind, device compatibility issues, or user error (outside the 3-day window) are not eligible.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@nirvanaiot.cloud with the subject line "Refund Request — [your registered email]" and include:

  • Your registered email address.
  • The Cashfree order ID or cryptocurrency transaction hash.
  • A brief description of the issue and any supporting screenshots.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 5 business days.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for Cashfree payments are processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount typically reflects within 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund. For cryptocurrency refunds, the amount will be returned to the originating wallet address at the current exchange rate at the time of refund — we are not responsible for any rate fluctuation between the time of purchase and refund.

8. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks. Please reach out to us first — we are happy to resolve issues directly.

9. Free Plan

The Free plan (available for your first 7 days) is provided at no cost and is not subject to any payment, refund, or cancellation terms.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the paid service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
